🚚 Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 7–20 business days for Canada and the US. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We regularly run free shipping promotions — follow us on social media to stay updated.

Do you ship to the US?

Yes! We ship to both Canada and the United States.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

How do I request a refund?

Simply contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for the return. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

Can I return a pet product that has been opened?

For hygiene reasons, opened pet care products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us and we will assess each case individually.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.

📦 Orders

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. After that, your order may already be processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

I ordered multiple items — will they arrive together?

Sometimes items in the same order are shipped separately and may arrive on different days. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if this is the case.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. You can also log into your account on our store to view your order status at any time.

Are your pet products safe for all breeds and sizes?

We carry products designed for a wide range of breeds and sizes. Each product listing includes size and compatibility details — please check before purchasing to ensure the best fit for your pet.

Are your home and kitchen products safe to use?

Yes. All products in our store are carefully selected and tested for quality and safety. We only carry products we would use ourselves.

Do your electronic products come with a warranty?

Our electronic products are covered under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you experience any defects within 30 days of purchase, we will replace or refund the item.
