At GM Nest Co., customer satisfaction is our highest priority. This policy governs returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations for customers in Canada and the United States.

Eligibility for Returns — We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included.

Exchanges — We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at customerservice@gmnestco.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items — Items marked as Final Sale, opened or used phone accessories, personal-use or hygiene-related items, and items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items — If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at customerservice@gmnestco.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange a full replacement or refund, including applicable shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Partial Refunds — For items that arrive with minor cosmetic damage that does not affect their functionality (such as minor scratches on packaging), we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Refund Process — Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Return Shipping — Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as GM Nest Co. cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellations — Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us immediately at customerservice@gmnestco.com if you need to cancel.
