At GM Nest Co., we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and transparent manner. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes — Estimated delivery times after order processing: Canada: 7–20 business days; United States: 7–20 business days; International: 10–30 business days. As GM Nest Co. works with international suppliers, some orders may ship directly from supplier warehouses, which can contribute to the wider delivery window. These are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays — During peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other major holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders well in advance during these periods to account for potential delays.
Shipping Costs — Applicable shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Promotional or complimentary shipping offers will be communicated on our website.
Tracking Information — A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
PO Boxes and Rural Addresses — Some carriers may have limitations delivering to PO Boxes or rural/remote addresses. If delivery to your address is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. We recommend providing a street address at checkout where possible.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes — For shipments outside Canada, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Address — Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout. GM Nest Co. is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address. Address corrections must be requested before the order is dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Shipments — If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at customerservice@gmnestco.com. We will investigate with the carrier and supplier and work toward a resolution.
Multiple Packages — If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times due to supplier availability.
Damaged Packages — If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@gmnestco.com with photos of both the packaging and the product.
