For pre-orders or backorders, we will notify you of the expected availability date at the time of purchase, and you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item ships.
4. Pricing and Payment — Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for Canadian customers and United States Dollars (USD) for U.S. customers unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Orders and Acceptance — Submission of an order does not constitute a binding contract until accepted by GM Nest Co. We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order, including those suspected of fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery — Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and may vary due to supplier processing, customs, or carrier delays. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handover of the order to the shipping carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds — All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Accuracy of Information — We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy on our website but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies at any time.

For customers in the United States, applicable federal and state laws may also apply. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
